Membership Plan Questions
Is the Membership Plan dental insurance?
No, and that is the point. It is an in-office plan run by Elite Boca Dental itself, so there are no insurance company deductibles, no pre-existing condition exclusions, and no annual spend caps to fight with. You pay the practice, the practice covers your planned care, and other treatment is discounted. It works more like a wholesale club membership than an insurance policy.
What does each plan include?
Child Complete and Adult Complete each include two professional cleanings and checkups, two regular exams, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam each year; the child plan adds a fluoride treatment, and the adult plan adds oral cancer screenings. Perio includes three perio maintenance procedures instead of two cleanings. Every plan also takes 20 percent off other procedures completed at our practice.

Enroll online through Kleer, the platform the practice uses for the plan, or call the office at (561) 482-7008 and the team will set you up. Custom tailored plans are also available if your needs do not fit the three standard plans; just ask, and the office will work with you.
Can my family join too?
Yes. Every plan carries a 10 percent subscription discount for additional family members, so a household can cover everyone under the same arrangement. It is a practical way for families without employer dental insurance to keep regular cleanings and exams on the calendar instead of skipping them.
