What Is Included

  • A full examination and a treatment plan explained before anything begins
  • Removal of old and damaged teeth only; healthy teeth are never removed
  • Implants placed directly into the jawbone by trained dental surgeons
  • Teeth-matching: replacements made to match the form and color of your natural teeth
  • Nitrous oxide available for nervous patients, instead of sedation

How It Works

  1. Old and damaged teeth are removed, keeping every healthy tooth.
  2. The implants are placed into your jawbone.
  3. Your bone heals around the implants (osseointegration); you may wear a temporary crown meanwhile.
  4. Your new teeth arrive and are inserted, matched to your natural teeth.

Good to Know

Implants hold better than bridges and dentures and last longer, because the implant becomes part of the jaw. All-on-4 replaces all of the teeth on one jaw on four implants. No price is quoted online, because the right plan depends on your exam; call for an evaluation and a clear explanation of your options.

Questions, answered first

Dental Implants Questions

What is All-on-4?

All-on-4 replaces every tooth on one jaw using four implants placed in the jawbone. The four implants are fixed permanently in place, and a full set of new teeth is attached to them. It is an option for patients who are missing most or all of the teeth on an arch and want a fixed replacement instead of dentures.

How does the implant process work?

First, old and damaged teeth are removed, while healthy teeth are left alone. The implants are then placed directly into the jawbone. During healing, the bone grows around the implant in a process called osseointegration, which is what makes the implant strong. You may wear a temporary crown while you heal. When your new teeth are ready, they are inserted and matched to the form and color of your natural teeth.

Will my implants look like real teeth?

Yes, that is the point of the teeth-matching process used at Elite Boca Dental. Your current teeth are examined closely, and your replacements are made to match their form and color tone. Once your implants are in place, other people should not be able to tell the difference between your natural teeth and your new ones.

I get nervous at the dentist. Can you help?

You are not alone, and the team expects it. Dr. Pechan will answer your questions and show you what the procedure involves before anything starts, and the hygienists work to put you at ease first. The office offers nitrous oxide instead of sedation, so you can stay relaxed and awake through your appointment.
